H2B swap into a prelude?
Hey, been reading up alot lately on h2b swaps into the civic 4th gens and was beginning to wonder if anyone has done or know's anyone else that has put the b16 tranny into a prelude, preferably the bb6.
For example: A sonic blue bb6 prelude dumped on the stock wheels(the tornados) with b series gears. Not fast, but suprising with the gears.
Anyone?

I haven't seen it done, doesn't really seem to be impossible, just buy the bellhousing adapter and fab your own mounts. seems like alot of work for a prelude tho.

for a prelude yeah, my buddy has one..no matter how much I clean my car and re-furbish everything...it just doesnt have that new/clean look that his has, even though it's just a 97'. I was just curious, it's just one of those things I have on my tuner "dream list that I will never achieve because next week i'll be wanting something else"....list.
Btw...my brother's name is Kip, the little bastard.

None of the H2B reasons apply to Prelude owners.
Gear ratios? Buy a new FD instead.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I was thinking that a well chosen final drive could have the same amounts for a fraction of the PITA/time.
