SPun spk-9 Wheel
I am looking for buying these wheels since the o.z superturismo wrc are dicontinued. I want to know more about them and who has them on their car are they good wheels or garbage. I think they are replicas of the sprint hart cpf. I am looking for buying wheels similar design to these if anyone can recommend any other ones. These are the wheels that I am talking about the Spun ones:

These are the O.Z. Superturismo WRC.

Judging only by the design, I wouldn't doubt it. Seems sturdy.

hahaha 0.1% of the customers who are going to buy these wheels are unlikely to track their car anyway.
and no, the dragstrip is not a "track".

lmao that thread was an outrage!

I'd have to shave those ridges off the lip! lol.
I thought about getting this set, but I don't want them to crack under pressure like some of the bad batches of Konigs went through (and Rotas).
Maybe I should stick with the fail proof solid design of Slipstreams. I'm just worried about cheap casting of the smaller spoke designs.

good call on the thin spokes with the cast design...
are they relatively heavy compared to similar designs?
even if u do want to track them, wouldnt you want something wider than 6.5"?

I'm sure they are within the 12-13lb range. 6.5" is 'ok', I can still fit most 205's on a 6.5 wheel. I have a set of RPF1's that are 15x7, but either way I'm planning on running 205's next year anyways. Good thing the Slipstreams are offered in 7 wide.

I highly recommend you don't give up your search and hunt down those OZ's. Even though they're discontinued I'm pretty sure you can find a tire/rim shop that still carries them.

If you are really going to do track days, get the Team Dynamics wheels. They are built for racing and rallying.

They are available in the US but thier US web site is currently being redone. You can contact them at usateamdyn@earthlink.net

i had 16x7's on my silver ls and they were white...they were good rims BUT jesus christ they were the worst rim to clean becasue they are not powder coated they are cheaply painted. like almost a wrinkleish paint. i dont know its hard to explain but i would advise to buy them and powder coat them or dont buy them at all because they suck to clean
good reviews im am also looking for the sprint hart cpf-g but its hard to get them and here in canada to past the costums wold be alot. I am still looking for someone who has the O.Z ones on their car if anyone ahs to check how they look like.
