Megan Coilovers is a copy of the Apexi Coilovers. They are made in Taiwan but the quality is decent. There are alot of these Taiwanese made parts on the market these days that are decent. You would be surprised what is made in Taiwan these days even from JDM part companies. I've heard from people that have the megans that they work amazing.

Would I get them...NO

But alot of people would and do...

Thanks for the info. I just put the megan coilovers I have on ebay. I'm gonna go with teins. But I don't really know if I need the the all out or just basic.

Hey, no I'm not tracking at all actually. I just want better handling from this car. I went from driving a cobra for years to driving honda. So I'm definitely looking for some performance out of my car. But partly I've just been doing stuff for fun. I bought a zex wet kit with the tuner package and the remote opener. I'll hook it up but probably never even use it. The acutal buying and hooking the stuff up is the best part for me.

Back to the coilovers. I bought the megans because I got them used for a lot lower than 1000 dollars. But I didn't really know anything about them per say. That's why I asked for experience from people. I put the megans on ebay a few hours ago. I'm waiting for them to sell and them I'm buying the nicest tein coilovers they make. My question is will I really need something that hardcore or should I just get the basic?

I don't understand how it is basically an ebay brand. I see ebay brand coilovers going for like 20 bucks. The megans are around 900 - 1000. I'm willing to bet the quality difference between them is night and day. Hearing from a buddy or reading in a magazine that they are like an 'ebay' brand doesn't count and that pretty much makes you a tool. If you have never used them, don't comment. Every single thread I've put on this site I've had aleast one person bitch or write a nasty comment. People can't with hold from saying things they know nothing about. Whatever happened to someone asking a question and someone else just answering it without the side comments?

F2's are not worth the money. I blew out all four struts within a matter of 6-8months. Chinese manufacturers, like F2 and K-Sport, will all have similar results. Megan's are ok, but I have heard of some similar failure stories for them as well.
