Default can i borrow your car??

Last friday my friend asked me that question...at first i told him no problem you are my best friend and all...then the time comes to hand over the car for the night..i hesitate for a while but dont want to be greedy so i follow through, when i come to pick up my car this is the thanks i get. a huge dent in my passenger quarter panel he said he was watching it the whole time untill he ran into a fast food place in down town seattle. my guess is someone punched the car cause none of the paint chiped...thank God my brother pulls dents for a living its not a perfect fix but just about

before.

after

Personally I would never lend my my Type R to nobody. My DD on the other hand, sure why not, they can borrow it, crash it, and do any kind of damage possible. I really wouldn't care. That's why I have full covarage on my cars.

And yeah, there is haters out there. When I had my Civic someone kicked my driver side door and made a huge dent

F.ck haters

Me, my dad, and only one Acura Technician have driven my car.

My friends always want to drive it and I say No.

There's no way i would let anyone borrow my car, and may i ask why your "friend" did not pay to have this dent removed ? If i borrowed someone's car and that happened while i had it, i would pay to have it put back to the condition it was in before i borrowed it .

I've let two people other than a technician drive my car. The first time was a friend of mine who has a built Integra of her own, and I trust with my car, and I was in it the whole time anyways. The other time I let a friend move my car from one spot to another in a parking lot.

I only let someone drive it if I'm present the entire time.

I dented my R just like that when trying to get a lug nut off. My shoulder hit the car and pushed it in. Econoboxes dent very easily. As soon as I found my rubber mallet I pushed it out from the inside.

'My wife is going into labor and needs to get to a hospital now! May i please use your car?'

-'I'm on my way to give you both a ride.'

scenario 2:
'Dude! i totally have this hot date tonight and my ride is dead. can i borrow yours?'

-'np. just give me her info; i'm on my way to give her a ride.'

Sorry man but your brother came no where close to fixing that dent, Door dings are by far my biggest pet peeve.

You need to have that dent properly fixed (e.g. professional dent puller, body work, new quarter) all at your friends expense.

That is b.s. on your buddies part.
