Location of the Electronic load detector in 89 Crx

Location of the Electronic load detector in 89 Crx
I'm throwing a code 20 , I'm OBD1 with gsr block b16 head and don't know where
to look for it as it is not to my knowledge in the fuse box under the hood.
Anyone know of a simple fix for this ????
