I have the jdm hid headlights and when they are on and I hit the high beams one of the city lights goes off. If I have the fog lights on the foglight goes off as well. This only happens on one side, do any of you know what could be causing this?

 

Possibly some sort of ground/earth issue. Have you gone over the wiring?

 

Yea, i would check all grounds as the Padawan said, if that doesnt help try to find a Diagram for the JDM headlights and go over everything again.
