Default Stock car - not so stock idle..

Stock fuel system, stock anything you can think of.
Going into the city today and at a stoplight it idled around 100-200 rpms. About to just give up. This was the first time I even saw anything like this on this car. I then put the gas on and go my merry way. Then I park in the parking garage and it goes from 750 to 850 every second back and forth. I don't know what the heck's goin on. I did have some engine work done awhile ago after I put it into 2nd on the highway. But supposedly everything was fixed. It ran just fine with some very slight audible ticking still. but yeah, It ran fine.

IAC valves sometimes start sticking you can try to take it out and clean it with carb cleaner but sometimes they just go south hate to say but I've had alot of these going out lately mostly the TL's and CL's but the newer ITR's have a similar design.

I have the same thing happening...where is the IAC valves located? however, I haven't driven the car for a while and the battery is kinda of dead. Maybe it's just the battery
