Default HELP - Battery keeps dying

The battery on my 93 EX keeps dying, and I can't seem to fnd out why. I disconnected the positive terminal and ploaced a Digital Multimeter bewteen the battery +ve terminal and the +ve cable to the car, and it read 4 AMPS. I have not been able to find out what drawing 4.3 amps while the battery is disconnected. I pulled all the fuses, one by one, with no change in the 4.3 amp draw. THe only change I had was when I disconnected the stereo harness, which gave me a slight reduction from 4.3 to 4.1 amps. Anyone have any idea?

Well, I put a new battery in on Monday night, made sure that the car started, but didn't drive it. By Tuesday AM it was dead. I bought a new battery on Monday, because my GF drove the car to the store about 5 mins away, came back, and when I went back out a few hours later, the battery was dead. It cwould not even hold the charge, so I thought it was time for a new battery. I was thinking that there may be something draining the battery .

then again, I did replace the alternator belts last week, and I know that it's not absolutely taut, so that may also be a reason why the old battery died, but I don't see how the new one would die after sitting in the car overnight!

replace alternator.. i had a friend who replaced his battery as often as he changed oil cuz it kept dying... BAD ALTERNATOR leads to it.... take it to a mechanic place and ask them to run some tests/inspections on it

Thought I responded to this post. Anyways, after much searching, I found the problem was a bad cooling fan relay tht was draingin like 3 amps with the ignition off. Replaced it and battery problem solved.
