Default Easy question about rust build up on a re-surfaced flywheel? Can I run it as is??

Putting a motor/tranny swap in my CRX Si this weekend and I had the flywheel re-surfaced so it's all shiny and new but some rust started to build up on it a little. My question being is it ok to run it as is as it's only a little surface rust or should I remove it with a rust removing agent and/or lightly sand it??? Put alot of money and time into the swap so I don't want to mess it up by overlooking something I can easily take care of while the swap is out of the CRX. Thanks for the help.
