96-00 civic B-pipes for the D16y7 equipped cars are the same, same goes for all the 96-00 civics with the D16y8. The bends are all the same, only exceptions are that cars with the d16y7 have a foot more of piping because the Cat's are located on the header, where as in the models with the d16y8, its underneath. The axle backs are different tho between hatches and coupe/sedans (96-00)
