J32A2 in 96 accord?

Hey guys looking at buying another accord and was wondering if the J32A2 6spd can be swapped in place of the C27A? Can't find any info on mounting locations on either motor. Any idea?

i kinda thought it would be but i just wanted to know if the mount locations were the same?

the mount location would be the same as in the 3.0CL
