That's not bad of a price, i would at least try to go lower maybe 14.5 but all in all 15k with that many miles is not that bad. What's done to it? is it stock? has it been touched with ANY aftermarket parts?

Yea, it seem a bit high, but see what you can do. Dog it an see how the trans. shifts.

mid-high 14s are achievable on a bone stock Type S but can easily turn 15s due to driver.

Mid 14s arent too common but from what Ive seen stock RSX-Ss have ranged from mid 14s-low 16s lol.

driver driver driver...

You should wait a little longer, I'm sure you'll find a better price.

that's not bad of a price because it's completely bone stock so that asking price is about right. I'm pretty sure you can talk them down, just have to wheel and deal it's how the game goes. I seriously think the typeS is very much worth it. The tranny's do last but imo if you put a SS on it, it's pointless and worthless. I've heard certain SS's snapping the cable. other then that the stock tranny is just fine. please DO NOT FORGET about GAP insurance. Either A) ask for gap insurance or B) ask your insurance for GAP. A lot of people don't do that and don't know who or where to ask for GAP insurance or don't even know about GAP insurance. Ask the dealership or your insurance but do not leave untill you get GAP. In the end that 300 or 350$ will save your *** if you was to somehow if all the planets aligned and we're on the 500th gravitational equational pull and you get into a car wreck it will cover your ***. Also, even tho it maybe a bone stock car i would look into an extended warranty only because the factory warranty is expired and if you was to buy the car, take it off the lot, already signed the papers and for some reason out of no where it breaks down, blows up or gets shot by an RPG trooper, you are SOL if you didn't have that extended warranty.

Remember, a lot of people don't know this either but if you are getting financed thru the car dealership your interest rate and extended warranty is negotiable, so don't think you have to pay what they say everything is negotiable. They will not mention that at all. The dealership or salesperson and/or finance person will try to be your best buddy in the whole world, just remember everything is negotiable and DO NOT sign ANYTHING untill everything is set the way or at least close to where you want it. Only documents you sign or would need to sign is the the credit check. Also is that 15k out the door, or 15k for the car and then TTNL (if your state requires it) or is it 15k out the door and you have to deal with the TTNL? Just a little FYI for ya.

I hope you realize that at a dealership any modifications done to a car, depreciate the value of it and you paid a little too much for that car. People think that mods done to a car, at a dealership, increase value but it depreciates value. Only to a private seller, or as they say "on the street" will it "increase value".

I have an 02 rsx-s 51k miles on it with modifications and bought it for 12.5 (at the dealership) and after i got extended warranty and TTNL it came out to 15.5k. Came with CF hood, AEM CAI, stupid sideskirts, ungoddly loud exhaust (some, from what i'm understanding, spoon exhaust called OPR or something like that but to me sounds like some knockoff but not sure.) and Tein SS full suspension. OH yeah, front and rear struts with ITR wing.

ask them have they done a complete 150 point inspection and if they say yes ask for the documents to prove it. Also ask them if they know of any issues with it.
