So i changed my cat to a high flow one the other day, but i couldnt put the o2 sensor in. I drove around all day racing. It started stalling and my friend said it was running too rich. So earlier i put the stock one back on, and now it like wont even turn on. As soon as i start it, it just dies. What could have gone wrong from all of this? Thanks

Doesn't sound like the problems that you are having are correlated to the 02 sensor or the high flow cat.. You'd just loose backpressure, a lil HP/TQ and MPG because of the 02 sensor..

It's kinda pops when I accelerate from a stop. My friends dad thinks it might be the timing belt or the cat could be screwed up. Any ideas?
