not cool...
Here's a few pictures of my "complete" swap. I have the dist and ECU but there are just a "few" things missing. Like one really big thing
note: all I got was what you see..there is nothing underneath the motor or not pictured besides the ECU and dist. I would have to spend at least another $1200 to get this thing in my car. I could have gotten a b18c1 for that much.
I emailed the place I got it from, they better do the right thing.

This is where I got it.

I was really careful with these people. It's a ******* salvage yard for christs sakes. It looks as though the transmission was taken off after they built the crate because there is room for it there. LKQ corporation out of Bakersfield, CA. They are getting sued if I don't get my **** next week. On side note; the engine looks clean as hell but it's about as useful as a 250 pound rock if I don't have the other stuff.

They sold another swap and that guy got everything. I guess it's just my luck. I've been ripped off about 6 times in the past couple months. This time I have more than enough info to get my money back and then some. If they don't do the right thing, they are going to be a very sorry bunch of people.
I don't know if this helps but, by his screen name I am guessing he works for the LKQ Corporation. They are a nationwide "junkyard". Maybe that can help you look them up. I hope everything works out!
EDIT: Oops, just read your post... you already knew

I work for LKQ in TN and they should take care of you. just call and explain what happened, the company is not crooked it is probably just a mistake. I wouldn't go in there calling names and other stuff, like throwing the "L" word around. just call them, be polite and they will make it right.
other wise know as GRoceryTurbo.....

I know hondaddy and LKQ is a big company. I have seen this happen to him where someone sold the part out from under your salesman. Give him time to fix it. and give him an option if you are willing to use a GSR tranny or something.
I've done some work for them here in NY.... LKQ Hunt's Point Auto in the Bronx. They are always very cool with me. Like the dude above me says, give a shout and see if they can clear it all up. Also, I always recommend trying nicely first
Good Luck Bro.

I figured there was a reason I didn't get it so I politely emailed them. Like I said before, I hope it was just a misunderstanding that will be taken care of soon.
u said u got it in bakersfield california, that weird cuz i just got back from driving through bakersfield. bakersfield is only an hour away from my house. but good luck on everything hope they do the right thing.
I'm always a nice guy. That's usually how I get ripped off.
As long as I get what I paid for, I will still leave them good feedback. I just hope someone from the shipping company didn't steal it. That's why they sent my ECU and Dist through UPS, so they don't get stolen.

When you get your tranny make sure it is the right one, alot of my friens get trannys from these places with the #'s ripped off and they end up being a tranny off a sitty motor, in example my friend bought a h22a and he got a trans. from a f22a, which is a non-vtec motor and is also the same tranny that came off his stock 90 accord motor that he took out, so his car falls outta VTEC pretty bad, so he calls and bitches and threatends to sue so they said "we'll send you a H22a tranny, so he gets another tranny with NO #'s agains so were like "oh no" so we put this tranny on and it turns out to be a h23a tranny whitch is still a non-vtec but this tranny dosent fall outta VTEC that bad, but still it was a bad experience. So be sure to tell them to send you a tranny with #'s on it so you can be sure to have a b16a tranny, because any other trans. on that motor will be the death of it.

dam ...goodluck man

good luck with gettting everything else.
