low fuel pressure after hard acceleration
ok short and sweet.
normal fule pressure is 35psi after hard acceleration fuel pressure drops to 30psi then boggs (due to low fuel psi)
i dont get it, cars a 92 civic with a b16a from hmotors

Doubt it's the fuel pump, but it's possible.
Did you change the filter? I'd start there - it's cheap.
Also, when you're checking the fuel pressure, is the vacuum line going from the fuel pressure regulator to the intake manifold unplugged (it needs to be unplugged to get a static (and correct) fuel pressure reading).
If you are checking with the fuel pressure regulator unplugged from the intake manifold and your fuel filter has been changed, it's most likely your fuel pressure regulator from there.
I don't think it's a reading issue as you're saying it's bogging too, so I'd say fuel filter first, fuel pressure regulator second.
