Default 2000 honda civic si rear lower control arm/ knuckle bolt. (replacing shocks n coils)

I got the shock bolt out that goes threw the lower control arm ok, but the bolt that holds the rear nuckle to the lower control arm snapped off on me right past the smooth shank where the threads start. I raised arm to get tension off it n was wondering is anybody had any ideas of how to extract it without removing the entire knucle and arm. I don't wanna take a chance on breaking the other bolts n bushing for those parts. I was thinking drilling or air-hammering it out n knocking off that 3-point spot weld piece that the bolt screws into on the lower arm, then replacing it with new bolt n a locking washer n nut. I really don't wanna have to replace the knucle and arm. Any ideas?
