ITR Throttle Body sticking in the closed position

ITR Throttle Body sticking in the closed position
my ITR TB is sticking in the closed position. I cleaned it with throttle body cleaner and it still hasnt helped.
I was thinking of using a scotch pad on the inside of the TB and the Plate.. The plate is definitely getting stuck on the inside of the TB.
any suggestions?
