i live in an apartment and have no place to work on my car, i founf a one stall garage pretty cheap, and i don't believe there's a lease. if anyone else has this problem an might want to go in on it let me know.

 

i've got a compressor, impact and paint gun.... a lot easier then wrenching in the drive way.
