im having problems bolting down the tranny to the engine, i have both the engine and tranny leveled out like it would on the engine bay. Is there a better way to do this crap?

 

i've never had a problem putting the trans back on when the engine was still in the car.. are you able to get it almost connected to the engine? or are you having problems getting the mainshaft to mount into the clutch? are the dowel pins still there to help guide the engine when you get the mainshaft onto the clutch? can you get a bolt to draw the trans into the engine?

 

yeah but it is a biatch to get it in
