what are those headlights for the 96-98 front that are clear and dont have the amber corner? diy lights or like a spec civic?

 

Commonly known as JDM Civic SiR headlights, but were on any non-Type R JDM Civic for those years.

These headlights also came on European Civics. I'd prefer the EDM ones because they're made for LHD vehicles (well, most of them are).

Did the EDM ones come with the headlight adjusting capability like ITRs?

you can get the EBAY knock-off's for pretty good price. I did on my 99 and they have lasted 2 years so far.
