Default car starts but has no power

oik heres the thing
i jsut did my 2nd conversion and it went great fired right up after refilling the lines with fuel lol

but now it sounds like im runnign on 3 cylinders
and when i rev it up it bogs and then the rpms go up

my question is do i have a plug backwards or something
the timing is all good already checked that

also does any one have the vaccume setup for the multipoint setup
my problem could also be from backwards vaccume hoses or something

please help me out

thanks

~jake
