Think I can fit 8" subs in the rear speaker holders of a CRX 91?
Got my stuff stolen so I'm thinking of dropping the idea of getting another tube and getting base out of 2 8" subs mounted in the brackets for the rear speakers. I would use component speakers up front. If I remove some of the wheel well inner insulation (maybe bang it with a hammer to get some space 
) can I get them in there? If not, what other options de I have? Thanks

dont forget that without an enclouser you will not get much bass at all. the best thing to do if you want to fit 8's in a side pannel is to fiberglass an enclouser

Well my intention is to seal off the spaces of the wheel well with insulating foam and buy open air subs if possible.
