Default Can My Single Vtec Head Work on ZC Block?????????

I have a zc block in my SI and wanted vtec. I need to know what head gasket needs to be used, timing belt, and can a y8 intake manifold work? Is p08-5 a vx or ex head? and are there any other modifications or guidelines I need to follow? Will this combination even work?

well, it would have been nice if you put that in your original post.

it CAN be done, but it's not worth it. i think its been covered before though. it costs more than its worth, and isnt reliable at all.
