My car (98 Ek hatch) has been randomly stalling lately. It hasnt been running differently except for this. And whenever it does stall, it will either start back up right away or start then stall once or twice and then once its running its like nothing ever happened. It only used to do it once and a while but more frequently lately. Any ideas...

 

Stall as in die while driving?

Might be bad battery or alternator.

 

Battery, alternator, ignition switch......

 

sometimes when driving.... sometimes just when starting up.... more less whenever it feels like it.... the battery is pretty new (3 months old).... so I doubt its that

 

have you checked your battery cables? maybe there loose?
