Default Painting spoiler

I am painting my spoiler w/ Duplicolor products, and wanted to know your suggestions on a few things. Spoiler was primed, then the primer was sanded down a bit with 2000grit sandpaper. It not smooth as when I originally scuffed up the previous color that I went over. I then layed down the color coat, should I be sanding this coat down a tad as well to smooth it out, or do I leave that till I lay down the clear, and then wetsand?

Also, once wetsanded, what is a good widely available product that I should be using to shine it up after I take away the orange peel etc? Its going to get repainted with the car, but I needed a temporary fix for the meantime until after winter. Thank you SOO much in advance.
