wassup guys.....i just got a SI shell and i want to drop a GSR block with a SI head. I want everything legit so what would i need to get to pass Inspection and all that stuff. Like what papers would i need, and i have a 2000 shell....so would i have to get a 2000 and up block and head or can it be 99. What papers do they ask for when they are inspecting it and it has a different swap?... Thanks guys
