i think it says:

which translates too:

Looks like it was cross-threaded and stripped. I don't see how this relates to a t-belt cover or O2 sensor wiring though. This guy must have been smoking crack when he posted, I don't know if anybody could seriously be that bad at English.

I think it translates to I should jump in front of a speeding bus. For posting in such a way on the internet. The guy is 24, and can't make a remotely understandable sentence. Good thing he can post pics.

Oh, you meant to say that the bolt was loose, you didn't have a timing belt cover installed, the bolt fell down into the lower timing belt cover and damaged your timing belt.

That's a pretty good translation but I can tell you aren't a fluent in internet-ese. You totally missed the question that was for some reason in the middle of that sentence which when translated reads:
"I have an OBD-0 B16A which is supposed to use two oxygen sensors. What would happen if I only used one oxygen sensor and spliced the wires together?"
The answer of course being Search...

How is taking that plastic off cool? It's more cool to run that plastic, all the ricers take it off.

timing belts are overrated anyway.

Why was the car running when you did this?

Oh well, no biggie. From the looks of your avatar, you can afford a new belt. Pay someone to do it this time.
