Default EP3 Suspension Advice?

I was just wondering if anyone could guide me in the right direction for a "cheap and somewhat reliable" setup for my EP3. Right now I have lowering springs(Tein) but only lowered my car a lil over an inch and 1/2. I really would like to slam it but I know from past experiences(my 90 hatch with the tires tucked) that stock struts blow left and right..literally. Im looking to spend around $500 or so on the whole thing. I was thinkin maybe some Skunk2 coilover sleeves but not sure on the struts themselves. She's going into storage in a couple weeks for the winter but in the spring I was looking for a new look. If anyone could give me some advice I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Your car will handle like **** if you slam your car. Is that some advice?

Take a look at the FAQ before you have anymore thoughts of 'slamming' an EP3.
