i got a 2000 civic si motor in my 98 civic hx.
i want to get it refereed so that it would be all legit.
my question is do i need to set my odometer to match the mileage of my engine?
right now i also got the si guage cluster. but want to know whether or not i should put my old guages back in for the referee.

 

get it refereed? do you mean inspected? why? is it a salvage title and you are trying to sell it?
