LS/Vtec Tune
Would an Apexi Neo be enough to tune a mild LS/Vtec Build? Would it be safe to break in at least and get it inspected (Considering the Tuner is Competent)? Reason is It wont pass If I convert to OBDI to tune.

To answer this simply..... NO
You need either crome, or hondata... Or even greddy emanage. I wouldnt recommend trying the Apexi.
And theres no such thing as a competant tuner, Theres either a proffessional, or an amateur.. I think everyone here would go with a proffessional, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED tuner..
