Emission Removal Noob (tried searching)
I want to remove the emssions from my 91 civic ie.. charcoal canister and egr not quite sure what else i can remove and what all vacum lines are needed or if even the removal i worth it please help
Why would you remove the vacuum lines you will the car surge from startup at 2000 rpm and fall to 1000 and go up to 1500 and act like it wants to shut off at 250 rpm. And you live in PA do they have emissions?

....jesus tittyfucking christ what are you talking about?
You live in PA. PA requires oem emissions equipment intact and functional for state inspections. Get a set of vacuum covers for the nipples on the manifold that are no longer used if you insist on removing them.
