okay, so after removing, then reinstalling my stock steering wheel, it works no longer.

what could be some obvious reasons?

keep in mind, to my knowledge, everything has been reinstalled properly. everything is grounded.

is there a fuse or something?

ek, btw.

 

take the steering wheel off and check that everything is in place. if something is wrong with the clockspring i dont think the horn is gonna work. if im not mistaken.

 

if you can wind your reel clockwise and it does not stop, then your reel is gone, get a new one...

 

cool, i'll check the reel out tomorrow. i didn't realize it played a role in the horn...

 

my horn is a long piece of wire, (temporary because i can't find hte backpiece to my quick release)

 

could always get a air horn...lol
