Default Installing Camber Kit ??

Hello, I just got an ingalls camber kit today and it tells you that you need to press out the old ball joint on the upper control arm. I cannot for the life of me find any way to get that out. I have tried several different ways. this is for a 88-91 crx. Just wondering if anyone has done it before.

why would you need to press that out?

does the ingalls kit take the place of the other two bushings or so you still need them? im trying to figure out if i use the ingalls kit then i have to worry about two less bushings on each side.

I dont know but i got the ingalls 1.5 to 3 positive camber kit and its the hardest **** to install.. I am almost stumped.. I need to know if putting a camber kit on will raise your car up because right now it looks like my car is a lot higher... not all done though. so frustrating.
