pm6 error code #3
90 si w/ jdm zc single cam cel comes on during down shift or after pulling hard in fifth then letting of I hear a whooping sound ecu giving 3 short flashes what is this error and what must I do to fix it

Code 3 is for a faulty MAP sensor or wiring. Follow the troubleshooting procedures in the CRX Workshop Manual. If you don't have one, there's a link in the FAQ.
