What years if any come with a neutral safety switch on a manual transmission? i have an 03 civic dx 5spd. what kind of NSS are available if none is installed?

sorry i meant the neutral safety switch wire. to tell whether the car is in gear, rather than the clutch version to tell whether the clutch is depressed. which i know is mandatory for manual transmissions.
