Me and a good friend of mine shitsweak on here painted my eg in my garage as a way to show people out there its not always about where you spray but how you prep your car and area. i am a painter so i have experience but for the beginners out there the only way to learn is to practice . heres some pics

Looks good. I have also shot my EG in my garage. Came out nice, but I can't live without a booth. Luckily I can use the booth at work now. Also painting 7-9 cars a day helps out too.

the best tip is to blow the car out head to toe. and wet the floor down good just make sure to watch your air hose.
And also for all you honda-tech lovers im the one who painted casey's ssbp eg hatch, and antmisshifts green jdm front turboed crx

a halfway open garage door and two heavy duty fans. when doing jobs outside of the booth i put down the sata jet's and use my turbine system. it sprays hot air and the guns have a 95% transfer rating so theres not as much overspray and fumes as a conventional HVLP

i agree ppg is the good stuff!! Thats what i use
But what is this turbine system you are talking about? Can we get more info on that?
Also what kinda Satas or other paint guns do you spray with? Cars look fckng sick!!
to garage jobs.. just make sure you are using explosion proof fans

this is the turbine its what i use for mobile painting and on all three of these jobs its the **** , since it sprays hot air and its a turbine you dont have to worry with water or rust and stuff in your lines. also since it sprays hot air as soon as you lay the base coat you can rub your hand all over it it dries instantly and with clear you spray your first coat and by the time you walk around the whole car the first coat is tack free so you dont get much trash in it because it dries so fast. the clear will dry within one hour and its ready to wetsand and buff. for the sata jet i use there sata jet HVLP for base coat and the Sata RP for the clear. but i only use those in a booth

makes alot of sense but never seen or used on before... so how much do those things run? any disadvantages?
you arent using much are pressure with those type of systems are you?
i had to buy a huge compressor just to get enough cfms to spray with my satas and i always wondered if there was an easier way

you cant use your sata guns with this its a complete system. theres no real disadvantages to it really ive been using it for 2 years now. i like it because its quiet it sounds just like a vaccum. the system cost like 2000 and it comes with the hose and one gun.
The car looks good. It looks like you've got flake in it which is a nice touch. I just picked up a red eg and I'm going to try to buff out the paint as it's faded in places. I may have to paint it, though. I'd love to paint it a whole different color (like blue) but that seems a lot more work than just respraying the red.
