Quick - Just bought 07 SI used, where is the wheel lock key stored?

Just dropped my car off to be inspected and get emissions and this completely slipped my mind. I'm hoping its stored by the spare...

Most likely with the spare. Thats where the instructions said to put it.

Yeah what's the deal with that? Mine's inspected into 2008.... got it in feb 06

Only if it changes ownership (private owner to private owner). If you buy it new you can pay a smog abatement fee for up to 6 years. At least in CA you can.
