Installing CAI
I bought an intake of this guy I know who is selling his car and returned it to stock. While looking at it, I noticed something. The stock intake has two breather hoses while the new intake only has one hole for a breather tube. AEM even has only one breather hose. I dunno, it's a 2000EX by the way, what's up with the second breather hose? It's past the sensor and it also connects to the head. I'm perplexed.
I got an AEM from a friend and it only had one hole for the hose from the head while my car had 2 hoses from the head. All I did was put a breather filter on the one out of the valve cover. Here's a pic.
Might be a little hard to see, but hope that helps.

What year car was the intake you bought??
Your car is OBDII, so on the AEM intake there should be a tube for the breather, and a hole with a rubber grommet so you can put the IAT sensor in...

the Aem CAI ive seen.. had 2 holes on the intake.. U gotta use a breather filter though on the valve cover..
Since on normal cars *99+ im assuming.. could be 96+.. there is 3 plugs on the stock intake
My Injen CAI came with 3 plugs.. so im happy, no ugly Breather for me
