Default Need Advice on a New build..... swaping the gsr block for a b20

I currently have a......
B18c1
Fully Built Head: Dual Valve Springs, Retainers, Flat Faced Valves, Skunk 2 Stage 2 Cams and Skunk 2 Cam Gears 2 Layer Headgasket Blox Intake Manifold Stock GSR TB port matched to the IM and Hondata Intake Gasket Short Ram Intake with Vstack on the end
Block:JDM OS P30 pistons New Rod Bearings Arp Rod Bolts Micropolished Crank
Gsr Tranny
Hytec Header
Its tuned on eCtune at 202WHP and 141TQ

My brother is leaving the honda game and is going to give me his b20 block for free so All i really need is to swap out the pistons and rods with maybe RS machine or Weisco pistons and eagle rods.

Now the question is will I be looking a huge gains over the gsr block?
The compression will probably be at 12.1 so should I stick with the stage2s or upgrade to pro1s?
Can I still use my Hytec Header or should I sell it and Get a big tube header?
THanks thats about it.

Thanks in advance for all the help. THe GSR block is going to be for sale for any new yorkers

You're going to see some nice gains with the bigger displacement block.

I would stick with ur setup (cams, header) for now, and see how happy you are with them.
No sense of upgrading if they're sufficient.

You will have gains with the pro1's and a larger header, how much? the dyno will tell you.
