So i've read a few times that you 4th geners have the option of replacing your LBJ with Acura legend LBJ's as they are sold seperately. Now, another source indicated that through slhondaparts.com that one of the generations of preludes are able to order a set for 38.19. I'm not sure whether it was a 4th gen they applied to or a 5th gen. Hoping someone can clarify. TIA

I know the topic has come up many of times and believe me I've searched and searched but haven't been able to conclude to a respectable answer.

 

It's wierd, I don't understand why the Prelude balljoints don't show up in the Honda parts catalogs. They do for all other models. And weirder still that the you can get the balljoint boot separately. Anyway, the balljoints are indeed available separately. I found the p/n in the LBJ Recall.

i got ebay ball joints.
only thing i dont like about them is they use a 21mm nut now
