Default Brake Scraping Against Rotor.

This morning while going to work, I was in traffic and I put on brakes... I heard this grinding noise on the drivers side of the car. It went away, but on my way home it did the same exact thing. I get out the car and I see my rotor scraped a lil, I'm just wondering is this just a brake repair??? Please help!!!

so you are saying the metal backing of the brake pad was rubbing the rotor? You probably need to replace both rotors and the brake pads

sounds like the wear indicators on your brakes are starting to hit the rotor. you may have just worn the brakes down to that point. when was the last time you had brakes put on your car? it's intermittent now but it'll get more constant the more you drive on it.
