what i need to get my 95 accord more horsepower to the engine and the wheels
I have a shock honda Accord EX with a stock VTEC engine in it and i need some ideas on how to make it fast then what it is

ok First is VTEC not VTECH 
second your options are
1. completely build the engine NA
2. Turbo
3. Swap an H22
4. cheap way is N2O
or you just spend a thousand on an intake, exaust header, the for the price you dont get barely anything HP wise

If you use quality parts, a cold air intake, header, larger mandral bent piping, high flow cat, resonator and muffler can actuially give decent hp and tq upgrades considering the cost.

thats always the million dollar question isnt it ? you need to decide what your HP goal is and how you want to get there. Do you want your power right away? (NA or supercharger) or do you want the potential to increase you hp as you go along, (turbo). Do you want a regular car except on occation for a few seconds? (n2o) to stop my rambling, decide what your end result is before you start spending thousands of dollars and gettting no where.

1.) get a big wing on your car.. i prefer the big metal ones to help with your cell phone connection. 
2.) weld a rocket can to your exhaust.. i prefer the 4inch outlet.
3.) can't forget the stickers ! makes the car super quick, especially when the letters are italicized.
