Well, I killed my RE010's in a year... Any idea?

Could this mainly be attributed to toe on a stock suspension with normal pressures (33-35 psi)? My '97 has never had an alignment at 85k so question is, would a simple alignment cure this next set or could it be attributed to wear items like bushings; which also coincidentally haven't been touched?
thanks!
Matt
(ordering new tires tonight for next weekend's blowout-free trip to Danville to race- not at VIR though

Man I called Tire Rack for the second time today, just to 'make sure' they didn't have 4 left stashed in one of the warehouses. Dammit, I should have bought two sets @ $78 a tire.
I really need to just on the V710's for $122 on closeout, but I don't know if I'm keeping the car.

'TF' translates to the fact that in 60k I've never experienced abnormal tire wear while DD, vibration or pulling to one side.
Oh yeah, I didn't want to change/jinx anything about what the my ITR can do on an autocross course, although I've though about setting it to 1/8" toe out up front for turn in.
Humble disclaimer: I said what the car can do...

the wear looks pretty even. i see no problem. i won't bother to ask the mileage, since quality>quantity.
for reference, i'm happy to get ~10 track days + ~5K street miles out of my Azenis 615s.

I agree. I'd definitely have the car aligned anyway, but depending upon mileage and how the car was driven, the wear seems reasonable for RE-010s.

Your toe is definately off by a few degrees.
Alignment reccomended on any basic car once every 12 months

If the car is maintained like it's driven, there is no problem. I absolutely murder my car when I get behind the wheel (No, not 10,000RPM burn outs, but I drive the car like it's intended to be driven), and I maintain the car accordingly. I spare no expense when it comes to keeping my car in good shape... Otherwise, I'd have a ragged out piece of ****.
Anyone who is afraid to drive their Type-R hard, needs to sell it and buy a stock LS to putt around in.

toe in or toe out fractionally
to be honest, if it was down to the cord and you still had 4mm of tread across the rest of the tyre i'd be concerned
as it is, i wouldn't really be that bothered
