Default swappin my beater

i got an 89 crx dx for my beater and the people who had it b4 me beat the **** out of the engine, so im looking to put something fairly easy and CHEAP in it. i can get a 94 civic cx motor for pretty much close to nothin. how hard would it be to put this motor in, i mean i knoi can run the si intake with a si ecu, that would proboaly be the easiest thing to do but then theres the dizzy problem. how hard would it be to run the 5g intake and ecu? any other suggestions? thanks
