Well I have this full H&R coilovers for over 3 years now and it has gone to about 2 cars already a 93 Civic EX 4DR and a 93 Civic LX 4DR.

I have installed this in and out a lot of times over past 3 years. I think around 8k miles logged on these coilovers.

I just got a 92 Civic EX 4DR 3 weeks ago and I installed the coilovers the way I'm doing it all the time. I did the shock fork trick as usual. But when I tested this on rough roads, it's bouncing like crazy! I mean almost like a $40 coilovers off of ebay.

I have used these H&R coilovers with my 2 previous civics and it was smooth and not bouncy at all. Even with 5 people in the car. i am really amazed that it's like this now. I didn't change the setup the last time I used it. So it has been mounted already and just plug and play.

I have done installs in and out for countless number of times so i know I didn't switch out anything.

I am scheduled for an alignment today but the previous cars even before the alignment was not bouncy at all.

And yeah I ride slam all the time tires tuck all around and I rolled the fender/plastics.

What could be the problem? Any ideas guys?

 

nevermind...after the alignment and the toe was set to zero it's running smoothly as ever.

alignment was out of whacked and the lug nuts weren't torque properly.

runs like an H&R again
