Buying the right ECU for JDM h22a
Okay Im getting an ECu for the JDM h22a. Now its supposed to be with the P13. But here is the thing. Im also getting a hondata s200, which isnt compatiable with the P13 Ive been told. I went to the Hondata web site, and pulled up which ECUs it is compatiable with and they are P72,P28,P30,P61,P08J,P30J,P72J. My question is which ECU will suite my needs fully. The set up on the finished motor will be, minor head work, I/H/E With a nitrous set up. Ive heard that gains can be accomplished with just I/H/E tuned with Hondata, alone. Can someone throw me a bone on what ECu might be best for me.
well me and my buddy both put h22's in our cars. Although I have a h22a1 and he has a H22a, we both used a p06 although we chipped it on crome. His h22a ran a 13.1 in the quarter with slicks with just i/h/e on slicks in his integra.
whos tuning it?
preferably though, i would go with a p28. go ahead and get a chipped one,
