If you've been running that clutch in there for a few years, it would make sense to swap it out while it's all apart.
A lot of people run the Fidanza flywheels in their Ludes. I personally have the Fidanza 5lb one and love it

Ditto that....I don't think Fidanza makes a 5lb'er. I have never heard of one that light before.
I run a ~12lb ACT Streetlite.......The lighter you go, the more revs you will lose between shifts. I personally think the ~8-9lb flywheel is too light.
Check the clutch condition when you do the swap, but be prepared to replace it. One thing I have noticed is aftermarket clutches just don't last anywhere near as long as stock clutches. At 95k miles, when I did my 1st clutch swap, the original Honda clutch was still in great shape. 40k miles later I am on my 3rd aftermarket clutch. Granted one was lost to a blown main seal which sprayed trans fluid all over the 2nd A/M clutch I had in there.
RPS 6puck=20k miles and was eaten alive---destroyed flywheel
Clutchmasters Stage3=15k miles and was ruined by trans fluid-----ruined flywheel
Exedy 3 puck=5k miles so far so good....going to plan on replacing it when I do the Final Drive over Winter.

I have recently installed the Fidanza 8 lbs flywheel with ACT HA3-HDSS. Overall quality of the flywheel is good. Crank centric, and timing marks. Perfectly streetable and revs quick. I had to heat up the center a bit before it would friction fit onto the crank, which was not difficult.
