Basically, just looking to buy a pair of two cheap tires that will get me through inspection at DMV. Will consider slightly different sizes as long as they will fit my 15" Civic Si rims.

*** Again, tires must have enough tread to pass inspection at DMV and I'm looking for something cheap/lying around. No more that $50 or so for the pair.
