18" CR-V Wheels; Japan spec only??

The wheels pictured below, are they only available on CR-V's produced and/or sold in Japan?? They are an 18" wheel from what I've found.

ahh not it works... Give http://www.magauto.com a shout and they may be able to get them for you. I doubt those are exclusive
