I've removed my passanger air bag and got a momo steering wheel. How do I remove the rest of the srs stuff inside the car (and what are the parts that can be removed)

Also, what a/c stuff can I remove and where is it?

Everything that has yellow plugs and yellow wire covers is SRS stuff. Follow the wires back to where they go and remove. You need Torx bits to remove the bolts holding in the SRS computer.

AC stuff is self explanatory if you look around under the hood.

is the srs stuff on the interior under the dash? or can i get to it w/o taking off the dash?

Yeah most of is under the dash behind the radio...you won't have to take the dash out, but you probably will have to take out the radio.
